DBSI opened its first branch at Anthony Sara Building in 2020 and two years later, and because of demand, its second on Mud Alley Street on Mendana Avenue, both in Honiara. This reflects the commitment by DBSI to providing financial services not only in the key business sectors but in to the less served communities throughout the country as well. It is presently investigating other locations for the bank.

Next DBSI Branch could be in Auki
DBSI Directors recently met with Hon. Daniel Suidani, Acting Premier of
Malaita Province, to discuss establishing a new branch in Auki.
The meeting centred on the Province’s support in providing a location for
the bank’s operations. The initiative underscores DBSI’s commitment to
help development in the rural areas of the country.
Both parties expressed optimism about the location of the new branch.
